Originally started in 1989 as a division of SUB-TECH (Subsurface
Technologies) as a purely waste management consulting type service
2006
- Invironmental Technologies is Awarded a Statewide Indiana
Department of Transportation Contract to provide Waste Disposal
Services to 127 individual locations.

- Invite Management begins used tire collection route service.

Invironmental Technologies is Awarded the Association of Indiana Solid
Waste District's "Environmental Stewardship Award" for "Outstanding
Contractor"
2004
- July 1, 2004 – Michael purchases Mr. Gerth’s Portion of the companies and becomes sole proprietor

- Three Household Hazardous Waste Events Successfully Completed
- One Universal Waste Household Electronics Collection and Recycling event successfully completed
- Four Used Tire Collection / Recycling Events successfully completed
2003
- Tank and Site Remediation Services offered for the first time.
- Phase I, II & III Services offered
- Environmental Consulting and Training Services offered for the first time.
2002
- Chemist hired and trained to improve organic Lab Pack capabilities.
- Local Household Hazardous Waste acceptance Program Started.
- Three more "Tox-Away-Day" Projects Awarded and performed.
- More Bulk Tank storage Tanks added at Chandler Facility
- Parts Washer Lease Service Added
2001
- Lab Pack Services Upgraded. Commercial Oil Filter Crusher installed and in house recycling of
Spent Oil Filters begins.
- Municipal Solid Waste District Bids sought and acquired.
- First "Tox-Away-Day" Project awarded by Dearborn County Solid Waste Management District.
- In-House and Out-Source Analytical Laboratory Services Offered
2000
- Industrial Waste Water transportation and disposal services added
- Used oils and Industrial Waste Water begin loading out on Rail.
- IN-TECH purchases and relocates to property in Chandler, IN
- Existing fleet replaced with new equipment
- Bulk Storage facilities added to increase capabilities
1999
- Milk Run routing implemented to provide better customer service and reduce
costs
1998
- Used oil collection services added. Parts Washer Services added. Paint Gun
Cleaner Services added.
1997
- Universal Waste Services added
1996
- Koester forms Koester Environmental Services and decides to eliminate
SUB-TECH name and Waste Disposal Services
- Michael Brady and Randy Gerth join forces and purchase SUB-TECH Liquid Waste
Management Company, Inc. Change name to INvironmental TECHnologies L.L.C. and
begin operations on Evansville’s East side.
- Lab Pack Services added
1995
- SUB-TECH acquired by Koester Companies
1994
- Michael Brady appointed to head Waste Management Division
- Randy Gerth leaves SUB-TECH and joins Enviro-Group as a Project Manager
1993
- Product line (clean up thinner, empty containers, spill equipment) added
- Separate company formed and spun off — SUB-TECH Liquid Waste Management
Company, Inc. Transportation and drummed hazardous and non-hazardous waste
disposal service started. The intended function was to handle waste materials
being generated by the Emergency Response and Remediation activities of the
company.
- Randy Gerth promoted to Project Manager
1992
- Randy Gerth joins SUB-TECH as Environmental Scientist
- Michael Brady joins SUB-TECH as Waste Management Sales Coordinator. Vac
Truck and Box Truck added and permitted as a transporter of Hazardous Materials
and Waste.
- The company begins servicing Body Shop clients on Paint Waste Disposal
